Service Description

New to running? This 12-week course is your gateway to a healthier, more active lifestyle. We’ll guide you from zero to confidently running your first 5K, with expert coaching, a supportive community, and all the tools you need to succeed. For just £10 per week you will get: -12-week progressive running plan -Weekly group check-ins and support -Monthly live running workshop (Worth £90) -Access to a private WhatsApp group for motivation and advice -25% off online Strength & Conditioning plans and Sports Massage -Free Adventure Athletes t-shirt (£20 value) -Entry to a local 5K event -Discounts with our partners (SoleMate, Protein Rebel) -Monthly milestone run with a coach or sponsored athlete *Please note, this is a virtual course, but we do host a monthly group run and a monthly running workshop in person, and there will likely be opportunities for more runs together in person also.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Advance Booking Required: All workshops must be booked in advance via our online form or booking platform. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with workshop details, location/online link, and any materials you’ll need. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund or credit towards a future workshop. Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the workshop will receive a 50% refund or equivalent credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend (please notify us by email). No-Shows: If you do not attend and haven’t cancelled, the fee is non-refundable. Cancellation by Adventure Athletes: If we have to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. 3. Transfers & Rescheduling Transferring Your Spot: If you can’t make it, you may transfer your booking to another person at no extra charge—just let us know their details at least 12 hours before the workshop. Rescheduling: If you need to move to a different workshop date, contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. 4. Minimum Numbers Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum numbers aren’t met, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours in advance and offered a full refund or transfer. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the workshop begins, and refunds will not be issued. 6. Health & Safety By booking, you confirm you are fit and able to participate. Please notify us of any injuries, health conditions, or special requirements at least 48 hours before the workshop. 7. Changes to Policy Adventure Athletes reserves the right to update this policy as needed. The most current version will always be available on our website. Questions?
