Cancellation Policy

At Adventure Athletes, we aim to provide a seamless and professional experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment: Booking Process: -All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly at adventureathletes@outlook.com. -Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling -We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations or 1 hour for rescheduling. -Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. -No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour will be charged the full session fee. -To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time. Arrival Time -Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to accommodate the next client, with the full session fee still applicable. Health and Safety -If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. -Clients are required to complete a brief consultation form prior to their first session to ensure treatments are tailored to individual needs and safety. Refunds -Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice.
