Service Description
Run Strong Assessment is a 2-hour, 1:1 in-person assessment built for runners who want a clear plan to improve performance and reduce injury risk. We combine runner-relevant strength and performance testing with a detailed mobility and movement screen to identify what’s helping your running—and what’s quietly limiting it (or causing recurring niggles). You’ll get objective scores, left/right comparisons where relevant, and a simple set of priorities so you know exactly what to focus on next. After the session you’ll receive a detailed 1-page report summarising your results, your key strengths and weaknesses, and practical next steps you can start immediately. What we assess -Performance markers: power, strength, work capacity -Resilience markers: ankle/foot capacity, balance/control, landing mechanics -Movement & mobility: key patterns and joint ranges that affect running efficiency What you’ll leave with: -Clear scores and benchmarks -Your Top 3 priorities (highest return for performance + injury reduction) -A simple next-steps plan (what to train, what to progress, what to stop guessing) Ideal for you if you want to: -Run faster and feel more efficient -Reduce recurring aches and injury setbacks -Understand exactly what to work on in the gym and alongside your running
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all necessary details upon successful booking. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payment is non-refundable. Participant Requirements All participants must complete and submit a health and fitness questionnaire prior to the event. Participants must adhere to the kit list provided and ensure they are adequately prepared for the challenge. Liability Adventure Athletes is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guidance of the event leader at all times. Weather and Safety It is subject to weather conditions. Adventure Athletes reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the event if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. No-Show Policy Failure to attend the event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
