Booking Confirmation Your booking for the 3 Peaks Challenge is only confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all necessary details upon successful booking. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payment is non-refundable. Participant Requirements All participants must complete and submit a health and fitness questionnaire prior to the event. Participants must adhere to the kit list provided and ensure they are adequately prepared for the challenge. Liability Adventure Athletes is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guidance of the event leader at all times. Weather and Safety The 3 Peaks Challenge is subject to weather conditions. Adventure Athletes reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the event if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. No-Show Policy Failure to attend the event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
