Cancellation Policy
1-to-1 Personal Training Booking Policy At Adventure Athletes, we’re committed to providing high-quality, personalized training experiences. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process: Booking Process -All personal training sessions must be booked in advance. -Sessions are available in 1-hour slots and designed to meet your specific fitness goals. -To book, please contact us directly at adventureathletes@outlook.com or use the online booking system (if applicable). Payment -Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. -Current pricing: £60 per session. (Unless included in a package) Cancellation and Rescheduling -We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. -Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged 50% the full session fee. -Cancellations/no shows within the hour of the session will be charged at full price. -To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time. Session Start Time -Please arrive promptly for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to accommodate the next client, with the full session fee still applicable. Health and Readiness -Clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their first session to ensure the training plan is tailored to their needs and safety. -If you have any injuries or health concerns, please inform us ahead of time to adjust your program accordingly. Refunds -Refunds are not available for missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice.
