The Summit Ladder is simple on paper. An 8.4km loop. 450m of elevation per lap. Twelve hours to see how far you can climb. You choose your target from a list of the world's most iconic peaks, from Pen y Fan to Everest. Then you go after it, one lap at a time.

How It Works
Each lap earns you 450m of elevation. Every summit accumulates a different peak around the world, right here in South Wales. Scale up if you're feeling strong. There's no ceiling.
This is a self-supported challenge. You manage your own nutrition, your own pacing, your own head. The route stays the same. The only variable is you.
Why It Matters
This is the first of its kind, a proof-of-concept event ahead of a full 2027 launch. Only 10 places. What happens here shapes what it becomes. Mountain, Elevation, Laps, Distance
