Interested in climbing? Hit a plateau? Want to find new ways to improve your climbing performance? We got you!!!! This plan introduces you to structured training, weight training to improve performance, a basic finger-boarding routine, all while still giving you time to just go and climb! You will need access to a climbing gym and some weights as well as a fingerboard! The climbing can be done either inside or outside although it will be a lot easier to achieve indoors (especially bouldering). The weight sessions can be achieved as part of a warm-up to your climbing sessions or on a different day, depending on your time and schedule. The way it is written suits doing 3 climbing sessions and 3 weight sessions a week, 1 of which will include a fingerboard session. Any questions just let us know!
